Sorry to say GOOGLE~

For me it is still start up of the year 2020 while I got an inquiry from one of my old clients for whom I lately updated his business website with latest framework of Yii2! One of his business associates needed help to set up Email accounts with his domain that he bought from Google’s product Gsuite, he called me and that’s where the story start for the year 2020 with Google “Sorry to say Google“.

First of all, entrepreneurs like me struggling to make bread in Toronto suburbans in today’s date still making not enough money to break even with living cost since Toronto is one the of the expensive city to live nowadays specially in aspects of real estate. There all already many giants in the markets those selling domains in various plans where customer gets trapped and never comes back from that deep well made by university passed degree holders getting well paid from enterprises. As usual I take help of my little site which I named Blog Function hoping will work like a function on Google’s Product Gsuite.

Now, let’s talk about what I had to struggle with Gsuite and why I brought this topic today after killing my hours & hours on Gsuite admin to update domain records so I can make my clients domain & email working which he bought from Gsuite package. My client recently came from China & his English was not really great to communicate on phone with and neither my Cantonese is good to have even good chat with him~ I tried to fix issue via team viewer as well but but no luck. Finally I had to travel to office that is far but anyhow the problem was interesting that I never faced in my past almost 20 Years, I can remember fox pro and photoshop version 4.0 specially Microsoft’s command prompt that is still one of the powerful tool to perform many task while out there in the field and testing networks not only with Kali. I am running little IT company with few engineers & designers in back home in Toronto named as Lucky Connections, that we started hoping it will bring Lucky for us and grow our company so we can live better life as every other entrepreneur wants to grow with saying sky no limits~!

I would like to debate with Google, why Google hiding support phone call numbers where we can make simple call and get issue solved when it is matter Domain & Emails that we consider very critical issue with so many aspects of laws, policies and stuff that we don’t want to talk about. I am saying Sorry to say Google but it is very bad issue to sell domains with the lowest Quality of support of your Gsuite users. I could sell nice hosting plan and domain with nice wordpress website running and make my bread winning for whole month, as you know Grocery price has been increased at incredible price same real estate has gone up more than 200% just in short life span of time in Ontario.

In the beginning of conversation, I was trying to make my client understand that Google no sell domains, Google is not a Domain Registrar, Google gets all authentication from domain side once the records have been updated according to the service such as MX Records and AA records for website pointing and so on several other services can be set up separately via domain records update on the domain control panel given by domain selling company or a hosting company like us. Once customer have access to domain control then can update records so Gsuite can be integrated with it but here I am not getting access to domain control panel so how can i update records. Worst help section that does not even get user closer to solve problem instead it keeps user bringing to the same point again & again like a Loop! I requesting Google Team to make people’s life easier not miserable that they loose their business and faith from Google’s product, I am very well fan of Google products and recommend every client to utilize google free services that offers seamless productivity into business graphics. Or stop selling domains!!!

I hope I get chance to sit down with Sir Larry Page/Brgin, Mr Elon Mask or may be with Mr Bezos if I am that much Lucky, just to analyze my 10+ Years of knowledge IT in short interview and accordingly create many many jobs worldwide for people like me struggling to settled down career in IT and ending up being a taxi drivers as most of people do who came from back home. Creating jobs in such kind of programs will not only demonstrate the strategy to make globe better place live as well it will set an image kind impact on public for world known icons. The job creation programs can be a joint venture program that can be held anywhere organizations decides.
